Hi everybody!
I got diagnosis 1 year ago. It was very sad as we all can imagine. I tried several psycologists and several approaches to treatment. Read several books. CBT (if applied by a professional) helps. To familiarize yourself with the approach you can listen to the lectures from The Great Courses “Cognitive behavioral therapy: techniques for retraining your brain” professor Jason M. Satterfield.
I realized suddenly that it is useless to wait for support, the best aproach is to help yourself.
